Aaron Blatt

Aaron Blatt has a diverse work experience, starting with seasonal roles as a Biological Technician for the U.S. Forest Service and the Montana Department of Fish, Wildlife and Parks in 2006 and 2007. From 2008 to 2014, they worked at Eli Lilly and Company as a National Sales Trainer and Alliance Partner, specializing in Biotech Sales. Aaron then joined Envision Healthcare in 2014 as a Director of Sales and Commercial Operations for VISTA. From 2017 to 2022, they worked at Danaher Corporation in various roles, including Regional Sales Manager, Global Product Manager, and Business Unit Manager for Hach. In 2022, they became the Senior Director of Sales at Kando. In 2023, they held positions at Aquatic Informatics and Veralto as the Vice President of Sales for both.

Aaron Blatt earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Biology from the University of Montana in 2005. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the same institution and graduated in 2008. Additionally, they participated in various study abroad programs, including marine biology at The University of Queensland, native plant revegetation at the University of Hawaii at Hilo, and fine arts at Istituto Lorenzo de' Medici. Aaron Blatt also holds certifications in negotiation mastery from Harvard Business School and problem-solving process and situational leadership (SLII) from Danaher Corporation.
