Jake Hooper

Jake Hooper is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in budgets and proposals, currently serving as the Vice President of Budgets and Proposals at Veramed since April 2025. Prior to this role, Jake held the position of US Country Manager at Avania from June 2019 to April 2025, overseeing strategic development and execution within the country. Jake's background includes serving as the Global Head of Business Control/Commercial Finance at Avania, as well as various roles at Chiltern, where responsibilities spanned from Associate Director down to Budgets and Proposals Executive, focusing on high-quality proposals for clinical trials. Earlier experience includes commercial analysis at PPD and facility management at UNC Wilmington. Jake holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance, Marketing, and Management from UNC Wilmington and various relevant certifications in clinical research and business administration.
