Yi Li

Yi Li is a highly experienced Principal Statistician at Veramed since April 2025, bringing extensive expertise in biostatistics and epidemiology. Prior roles include Sr Biostatistician at Cytel, where work focused on FSP trial statistics for Moderna oncology, and Senior Biostatistician at IQVIA, leading FSP statistical efforts for Novartis across various oncology trials. As Head Biostatistician at CellTrans Inc., Yi Li directed a team in preparing clinical trial data for an FDA BLA submission. Previous experience also includes significant contributions to health systems research at Advocate Aurora Health, predoctoral training in HIV/AIDS epidemiology at Fogarty UIC, and earlier roles that involved research and analysis in diverse settings. Yi Li holds a PhD in Epidemiology and an MS in Biostatistics, both from the University of Illinois Chicago, alongside a background in Biology from Zhejiang University.
