Michael Pierce has over 20 years of experience in the medical device industry. Michael began their career in 1996 as a Test Lead at ATL Ultrasound. In 2000, they joined Philips Healthcare as a Field Marketing Manager, Professional Services Consultant, and Connectivity Engineer. In 2009, they moved to Medstreaming LLC as a Director of Marketing. In 2010, they joined Verasonics® as the Vice President of Customer Service, where they led the global customer service team and managed customer accounts in 35 countries. Michael also established a marketing process and created the customer service team, which grew from two accounts and a dozen users to 500+ accounts and over 4000 users today. Finally, they were the Vice President of Customer Success at Verasonics®.
Michael Pierce holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Phoenix and has studied Biology at Eastern Washington University.
