Jonathan Pachter

Jonathan Pachter is the current Chief Scientific Officer at Verastem. Jonathan has held this position since July 2011. Prior to joining Verastem, Jonathan was the Sr. Director of Cancer Biology at OSI Pharmaceuticals from May 2005 to July 2011. Before OSI Pharmaceuticals, Jonathan worked at Schering-Plough Research Institute from January 1989 to December 2005 as a Sr. Research Fellow. Jonathan's experience and expertise in cancer biology make him an invaluable asset to Verastem.

Jonathan Pachter pursued a postdoc in pharmacology at Yale University School of Medicine after receiving their Ph.D. in neuroscience from Baylor College of Medicine. Jonathan also holds an M.S. in pharmacology from Baylor College of Medicine and a B.S. in biology from the University of Rochester.

Jonathan Pachter works with Hagop Youssoufian - Head of Medical Strategy, Cathy Carew - Chief Organizational Effectiveness Officer, and Rob Gagnon - Chief Financial Officer. Their manager is Brian Stuglik, Chief Executive Officer.
