Ivory Ore has extensive experience in recruitment across multiple industries, currently serving as a Recruiter at Verathon since October 2020, where the focus is on supporting a global medical device company known for bladder volume measurement and airway management. Prior to Verathon, Ivory held the position of Senior Recruiter at Romac Industries, Inc., overseeing full-cycle recruitment for various corporate departments and manufacturing roles, and establishing best practices in a newly created position. Earlier work experience includes recruitment roles at MG2 Design and FUJIFILM SonoSite, Inc., along with administrative positions at World Savings, CORESTAFF Services, and Windermere Real Estate. Ivory holds a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism with a concentration in Public Relations from Western Washington University.
