Currently serving as a Sr. Program Manager and Continuous Improvement Leader at Verathon, Michelle focuses on the strategic deployment of lean principles to enhance organizational efficiency, having developed a comprehensive 5-year strategy and successfully led initiatives that significantly reduced costs and turnaround times. Previously, at Fluke Corporation, Michelle promoted Agile methodologies and managed multiple high-impact product development programs.
