Laura Carson serves as the CMO and Chief of Staff at Verato since April 2025, focusing on organizational alignment and cross-functional initiatives to expand Verato MDM Cloud™. Previously, Laura was the Chief Marketing Officer at M-Files, where management of a $13M budget and leading a global marketing team enhanced the company’s market presence. At Penn Foster Group, Laura held the position of VP, B2B Operations, successfully launching and scaling the B2B business unit. Prior experience includes roles at Rocket Software as VP of Sales Operations and Demand Generation, and Imprivata, where Laura held multiple leadership roles including VP of Field Sales Operations and VP of Customer Success, contributing to operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Earlier career positions include Director of Marketing Communications at Navisite and Director of Field Marketing at NTT DATA North America. Laura holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from Daniel Webster College and an Associate's degree in Marketing from Hesser College. Additionally, Laura completed a leadership program at the Center for Creative Leadership in March 2023.
