Emily Peterson

Emily Peterson is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various roles, including Human Resources Director and Manager at VERB Interactive, where employment has continued since May 2020. Prior to this, Emily held positions as Human Resources Manager and Consultant at ORB™ from August 2018 to May 2020, and as Human Resources Coordinator at SaltWire Network from May 2017 to August 2018, contributing to change management and employee relations during a business merger. Earlier career experiences include roles at The Chronicle Herald and Nova Scotia Health Authority, where Emily contributed to a successful group therapy program for older adults with insomnia. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology from Acadia University and an Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management from Nova Scotia Community College.
