Erin Fitzgerald

Erin Fitzgerald has a diverse work experience spanning from 2008 to 2023. Erin currently works at VERB Interactive as the Senior Director of Marketing Technology & CRM. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Marketing Transformation at Canada Post / Postes Canada. From 2021 to 2023, they worked at CloudKettle, first as the Senior Director of Client Revenue Operations and later as the Director of Client Revenue Operations. Erin also has experience working at Salesforce Marketing Cloud as an Online Content Coordinator. Additionally, they worked at VERB Interactive in various roles including Director of Marketing Technology, Head of Content Services, Marketing Technology Manager, and Social Media Manager. Erin's earlier experiences include working as a Marketing/Communications Coordinator at Clean Nova Scotia, an Editor at Saint Mary's University, and a Reporter/Photographer/Layout Production at Metroland Media Group. Erin also briefly worked as a Reporter/Photographer/Videographer at the Peterborough Examiner.

Erin Fitzgerald completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Carleton University in the years 2002-2006. In addition, they pursued further education at the University of King's College from 2007-2008, earning a Bachelor of Journalism degree in Journalism.
