Caroline Dau has over 10 years of experience in e-commerce, digital commerce, email marketing, personalization, merchandising, fulfillment, global e-commerce, search engine optimization, warehouse fulfillment, 3rd party integrations, user experience, and more. Caroline began their career in 2010 as an Intern at Simon Public Relations. In 2011, they joined Verbal+Visual as a Senior Director of Program Management, Partner, Director of Product, Director of Production, Senior Producer, and Account Coordinator. As a Partner at Verbal+Visual, they served as a strategic expert in e-commerce site builds, re-platforms, and complex systems integrations.

Caroline Dau attended Penn State University from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations, Sociology, and Business.
