Perry VoScott

Director of Asset Management at Verbhouse

Perry VoScott has a long and varied work experience. In 1983, they worked as an Onstage Mime at the Grand Théâtre de Genève. From 1985 to 1987, they worked as a Cruise Staff at Cunard, responsible for full-service hospitality management and passenger satisfaction aboard the Cunard Princess & Queen Elizabeth II. In 1987, they founded Atlas Travel & International Properties, a boutique travel management company for VIP and Corporate clients, and also founded one of a handful of vacation property rental firms in the US. In 1990, they founded 24 Carats Fresh Juices in Portland, Maine, manufacturing and distributing fresh Orange and Carrot Juices and 100% juice blends throughout Maine. From 1997 to 2022, they were Founder and Consultant at Real Estate Development Management & Consulting, managing ten properties with 1,800 homes and 1M square feet of commercial space and consulting with five HOA's in the areas of financial management, efficiency and process improvement, team building, elections, and organizational development. Perry is currently the Director of Asset Management at Verbhouse.

Perry VoScott obtained a Bachelor of Arts in International Business Management from Webster University, Bellevue, Switzerland between 1983 and 1985. Perry then obtained a Baccalauréate from Lycée Bouchardon, Chaumont, France between 1981 and 1983. In 2005, they obtained a CCAM from the CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF COMMUNITY MANAGERS in the field of Community Association Management. Between 1997 and 2000, they obtained a PCAM from the COMMUNITY ASSOCIATIONS INSTITUTE in the same field. In 2019, they obtained an Adobe Illustrator Fundamentals Training certification from AcademyX.
