Eli Pasi

Eli Pasi is the current VP of Corporate Development & Strategy at Verbit. Prior to this, they served as Director of Corporate Development & Ventures at Amdocs from January 2019 to December 2021. In this role, they were responsible for managing end-to-end global Mergers & Acquisitions transactions and strategic initiatives. This included structuring strategy per key business domain, selection and analysis of potential targets, conducting strategic investments to expand Amdocs technology portfolio, leading cross-functional teams, and driving and monitoring pipeline of potential M&A and partnership opportunities.

From January 2018 to December 2019, Eli Pasi was the Head of Technology M&A at EY. In this role, they were responsible for leading the technology M&A practice and executing transactions across various industries.

From January 2016 to December 2018, Eli Pasi served as Director of Corporate Development and M&A at Gett. In this role, they were responsible for leading the corporate development function and executing M&A transactions.

Eli Pasi has an MBA in Finance and Accounting from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, as well as a BA in Economics and Management from The Academic College of Tel-Aviv, Yaffo.

Eli Pasi reports to Tom Livne, CEO, Founder & Board Member. They work with Autumn Allen - VP, Diversity & Inclusion, Jacques Botbol - VP, Marketing, and Sagi Rothman - CFO.
