Hila Geva

Hila Geva currently serves as VP R&D at Verbit.ai since November 2023. Prior to this role, Hila held multiple leadership positions at NICE from November 2016 to October 2023, including VP R&D for the CXone Infrastructure and Applications, managing a team of over 180 engineers across four countries. Responsibilities included overseeing cloud SaaS offerings, suite infrastructure, CI/CD processes, and web applications. Hila also led the Growth Solutions division, directing a team of 150+ engineers, and served as Senior Director R&D in Pune, India, where contributions focused on team alignment, leadership development, and multinational collaboration. Earlier experience includes roles at Netboost Media, orange, and Amdocs, with a strong foundation in web and mobile development as well as integration management. Educational background includes a degree from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, obtained between 2004 and 2008.
