Netta Mel

Netta Mel has a diverse work experience in human resources and operations. Netta currently serves as the Head of Human Resources Operations at Verbit.ai, where they lead global core cross-divisional strategic HR initiatives for the company. Their responsibilities include developing and implementing programs focused on leadership, learning & development, talent management, employee experience, organizational development, and HR analytics. Netta also leads an HR OPS team and oversees the yearly HR plan.

Prior to their current role, Netta worked at Munters as an HR Manager. Here, they had comprehensive ownership of HR functions, including talent acquisition, HR operations, talent development, and business HR. Netta collaborated with the General Manager and local leadership to define the organization's long-term mission and goals and drove the culture through a focus on people. As the OD partner for the EMEA division, they were responsible for leadership plans, succession planning, mentorship programs, and yearly employee evaluation processes.

Before their time at Munters, Netta held various HR roles at Amdocs. These included HR Business Operations Professional, PMI PMO, and senior internal communication expert. Netta also gained experience as a Teaching Assistant at IDC and worked as an Account Manager and Event Planner at Neomi Silfen.

Netta Mel completed their Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree in Directing and Theatrical Production at Seminar Ha'kibutzim from 2005 to 2008. Later, from 2010 to 2012, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Organizational Behavior Studies at IDC.
