Shavone Kennedy is a seasoned Senior Global HR Director with extensive experience in people operations and organizational development across multiple industries, including technology and wellness. Currently at Verbit.ai, Shavone partners with senior executives to drive strategic HR initiatives for a workforce of over 800, focusing on performance management, compensation, and employee engagement. Previous roles include leadership positions at the International WELL Building Institute, Blink Health, ConsenSys, and Hearts & Science, where Shavone developed and implemented people strategies, coached senior leaders, and fostered high-performing cultures.
