Prior roles include Senior Lifecycle Strategy Manager at Peloton Interactive and Director of Retention & Lifecycle at Thirty Madison, where Phi developed innovative strategies to boost customer engagement. As a Co-Founder of Hippidy, Phi led the marketing strategy and redefined comparison shopping tools.
