Tim Scrogham

Tim Scrogham has a extensive work experience in the IT field. Tim started their career as a Mainframe Operations Analyst at Hilliard Lyons in 1987 and later transitioned to the role of IT Client/Server Analyst. Tim then joined Western & Southern Financial Group as a Director of IT Help Desk & Desktop Support, where they successfully managed a team of 4 in supporting over 300 users. Tim also implemented the HEAT ticketing system and improved the morale and reputation of the Help Desk.

After Western & Southern Financial Group, Tim joined Tower International as an IT Plant Analyst, where they worked from 2004 to 2008. Tim then moved to Almost Family, Inc. as the Manager of IS Service Desk & SOX Compliance, overseeing a team of 11 in supporting 3,000 users across 15 states. Tim then joined Humana Government Business as the Manager of Cap/DME, EDI, Operational and System Change Management. After a year, they joined LHC Group as the Director of IT Support Services, formerly Almost Family. In this role, Tim led a team of 28 in implementing the largest technology transformation in the company's history. Tim implemented and supported IT services for 15,000 employees across multiple office locations and managed a multi-disciplinary team. Tim also played an important role in managing SOX IT General Controls and successfully completing required audits.

Most recently, Tim joined Vercara as the Director of Product Support in May 2019.

Tim Scrogham has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from Sullivan University. Tim also holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS in Computer Science from the same institution. Additionally, Tim has earned certifications in Problem Solving & Decision Making from Kepner-Tregoe in June 2002 and Microsoft Certified Professional : Windows NT from Microsoft in June 1997.
