Jon Phey is a Senior Customer Success Engineer at Vercel, bringing over a decade of experience in customer experience, sales, and consulting within the tech industry. Jon began their career at Telstra, where they implemented digital solutions before joining Slack as one of the first employees, contributing to the company’s rapid growth. As a founding team member of Slack Singapore, Jon played a pivotal role in expanding the company in the ASEAN market.
