Matthew C.

Matthew C. has extensive work experience in customer success management, sales, marketing communications, and media production. Matthew worked as the Director of Customer Success Management at Vercel, where they managed relationships with enterprise clients and led a team of CSMs. Matthew also held the role of Senior Manager of Customer Success, responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customer executives and driving improvements across the organization. Prior to Vercel, Matthew worked as the Head of Sales and Customer Success at Intellum UK, where they successfully negotiated renewals and managed revenue reporting during an acquisition. Matthew also has experience in marketing communications as the Marketing Communications Director at Appitierre, where they helped establish the brand voice and managed promotional materials and social campaigns. Before that, Matthew worked as a frontend designer and developer at their own company, Matt Cleghorn Design, specializing in WordPress development and design. Matthew gained media production experience at the BBC, where they served as a Programme Manager and a Studio Manager, working on live broadcasts and providing sound engineering support for foreign language services.

Matthew C. obtained a PG Dip in Design for Visual Communication from the University of the Arts London in 2013-2014. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Film & Drama at the University of Reading.
