Flora K. currently serves as the Head of Operations at Vercept since July 2025. Previously, Flora held the position of Head of Operations at Madrona Venture Labs from March 2020 to April 2025, overseeing operations for the company and its portfolio, including finance, legal, investor relations, and HR functions. Before that, Flora was an Operations Manager and later a Program Manager at Female Founders Alliance from June 2019 to March 2020, leading partnership development and community engagement for women and non-binary founders. Flora's career began at the University of Washington's Michael G. Foster School of Business, where Flora served as Operations Manager for the Buerk Center for Entrepreneurship and executed various entrepreneurial events. Flora K. holds an MBA with Honors from the UW Foster School of Business, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a minor in Dance from the University of Washington.
