Melanie Cope

Melanie Cope is a seasoned professional in diversity and inclusion consulting, currently serving in this role at VERCIDA since January 2019. Prior to this, Melanie was a managing consultant at Linked2, specializing in permanent recruitment for finance, IT, and sales professionals within the commerce sector from August 2014 to February 2017. Melanie's earlier experience includes serving as a client services manager and consultant at IMSworldwide, focusing on interim management and key accounts within the financial services and banking sectors. Additionally, Melanie held the position of principal consultant at PSD Group, where responsibilities included interim placements of finance professionals in retail, FMCG, and leisure markets. Melanie began a career in management at Harrods from February 1995 to March 2000. Educationally, Melanie holds a BA (Hons) in Business from the University of Leeds.
