WHAT WE DO
VerdAbility provides Climate Infrastructure Finance Advisory across the full investment cycle, supporting governments, development finance institutions, and private sector partners in structuring innovative financing mechanisms for energy efficiency, renewable energy, and climate-smart infrastructure. Our approach combines rigorous financial structuring with deep technical understanding, ensuring that projects move from design to implementation and ultimately deliver measurable impact.

EXPERTISE & INNOVATION
We employ experts in climate change mitigation, adaptation investments, and public-private partnerships structuring to address climate change opportunities. With our team having experience in taking over 200 sustainable energy and water transactions to financial close in more than 30 countries during just 20 years, managing over €1 billion worth of debt and equity over that period.

FILLING A UNIQUE NICHE
We focus on medium-sized projects—too large for regular corporate funding but too small for direct DFI funding. Addressing the funding gap for these projects requires unique financial structures often facilitated through local institutions serving as a channel for international DFIs.
VerdAbility designed and implemented a successful proprietary methodology to certify project viability for emerging market financial institution investments. The system employs reverse standard project finance, pre-approved technology, and other innovations

PIPELINE GENERATORS THAT FILL THE GAP
There is a gap between the investments needed to address climate change, in mitigation and adaptation, and the number and volume of bankable investments. Our consultants are known for their ability to generate a bankable pipeline of projects.
