Verdagy
Diego Martinez has been working in the engineering field since 2004. Diego began their career as a research fellow at the Universidad de Chile. In 2005, they moved to Centro Nacional de Energías Renovables (CENER) - National Renewable Energy Centre, where they worked as an Engineer. In 2010, they joined Calera Corporation as a Process Engineer. In 2015, they were promoted to Senior Process Engineer at Chemetry. In 2021, they were appointed Director of Engineering at Verdagy, a green hydrogen company spun out from Chemetry. At Verdagy, they are pioneering novel high volume green hydrogen production technologies.
Diego Martinez obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Chemical Engineer from Universidad de Zaragoza between 1996 and 2002. Diego then continued their studies at Universidad Complutense de Madrid, where they completed a CLIMATIC RISKS AND ENVIROMENTAL IMPACTS MASTER'S DEGREE between 2003 and 2004.

Verdagy's innovative technology provides both the lowest upfront capital costs and unit production costs for green hydrogen. We operate lab and pilot plant facilities in Moss Landing, CA and are pioneering novel high volume green hydrogen production technologies.
