Erich Becker

Erich Becker is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in investment management and infrastructure. Currently a Partner at Verdane since March 2024, Becker has also served as Managing Partner at Exergy Capital Management since 2017. Previous roles include Senior Managing Director and Head of Europe at Generate from October 2020 to 2023, Head of Infrastructure at Zouk Capital LLP from 2011 to 2017, and Senior Managing Director at Macquarie Group from 2008 to 2011. Additionally, Becker was involved in global energy and infrastructure investments at Och-Ziff Capital Management from 2005 to 2008, founded Special Situations Invest GmbH from 2004 to 2005, and held the position of Executive Director at Goldman Sachs from 1998 to 2004.
