James McGee

James McGee serves as the Land Services Department Leader at Verdantas since November 2025, overseeing the Mid-Atlantic Land Department sections in the Northeast Region. Prior experience includes a tenure at HNTB from February 2016 to November 2025, where James held multiple leadership roles, including Vice President and Client Service Leader. Previously, at the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation from September 2009 to January 2016, James was the Assistant District Executive - Design, managing the District Design Division and programs related to project development and bridge management. Additional roles at the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation from July 2000 to September 2009 and from 1992 to 2000 include District Portfolio Manager and District Planning & Programming Engineer. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering Technology from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown.
