Jill Hedin

Jill Hedin is a Senior Scientist and Project Manager with a strong passion for environmental science and extensive research experience in both laboratory and field settings. From 2016 to 2019, Jill worked at Verdantas, progressing from Staff Scientist to Senior Scientist and Project Scientist. Previously, as a Research Assistant at the University of Michigan, Jill collaborated with an Intergovernmental Climate Change Panelist, collecting and synthesizing climate data. In addition to scientific roles, Jill served as an Environmental Studies Peer Advisor, mentoring students and organizing seminars, and excelled as a Student Field Researcher in an interdisciplinary program focused on ecology and geology. Jill earned a degree from the University of Michigan, achieving a major GPA of 3.7/4.0.
