Rob Finnegan is currently the Chairman at Koalafi, where they previously served as Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder from 2017 to 2023, driving innovations in point-of-sale financing for consumers and merchants. They are also a Partner at Arica and a Board Member at both Verdata and Capital Bank, N.A. Additionally, Rob co-founded Verdata and has played strategic advisory roles at Prime Financial Technologies since 2025. Before these ventures, they held various leadership roles at Capital One and contributed to the development of machine learning solutions for top banks at 2nd Order Solutions from 2012 to 2017. Rob earned a BS in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia in 1991.
