Rob Lees is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management and executive leadership. Currently serving as Project Executive at Verdex Construction since July 2023, Rob has previously held senior roles at Moss & Associates and Tutor Perini Building Corp, where responsibilities included senior project management. Rob's career began at GS2 Corporation as a Superintendent, with subsequent roles at D.R. Horton and Pavarini Construction. Rob also owned RC Lees Construction and managed projects at Suffolk Construction and Malcolm Drilling. Rob's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Construction from the University of Florida.

THE VERDEX STORY Our Founder and President, Rex Kirby, ran the southeastern division for a national contractor and grew them from a struggling division to a $400+ million annual powerhouse. Along the way, he learned what worked and what didn’t. He took those collective experiences, listened to industry associates, weaved in his own beliefs, and created Verdex's “best practices” as the foundation for Verdex’s philosophies, processes and procedures. We like getting up each morning to find solutions to each project’s challenges whether it’s through cost savings alternatives or a unique approach in the field.
