Verdi Capital is an investment company based in Prague, Czech Republic. The Group was founded in February 2011 by two ex-bankers from Goldman Sachs and Credit Suisse. Verdi Capital is active in wealth management advisory and private equity investments. It aims to achieve above market returns through stock picking and diversification across asset classes. Our private equity division focuses on acquiring small- and mid-size companies that generate sustainable margins in the renewable and high value added sectors, predominantly in Central and Eastern Europe with a view to expand them globally.
