Drew Shula

Drew Shula is the Founder and CEO of Verdical Group. Drew has a broad background in the building industry, having worked for Jones Lang LaSalle, Jerde, and Thomas Properties Group. Drew began their career as a house painter in their hometown of Belfast, Maine.

Drew Shula has a 5-year Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from the University of Notre Dame, as well as a supplementary major in philosophy. In 2009, they also completed the Rome Studies Program at the University of Notre Dame. Drew was rejected by the UCLA MBA Program in 2009. Drew is certified by the American Institute of Architects (AIA) as an Associate, the Institute for Sustainable Infrastructure as an Envision Sustainability Professional, the Green Building Initiative as a Green Globes Professional, and the U.S. Green Building Council as a LEED Accredited Professional for both New Construction and Interior Design.
