Menno Postma

Menno Postma has a diverse work experience in commercial leadership and sales management roles. Menno currently serves as the Head of Commercial at Verdify since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Commercial Leadership AI at Fortaleza Consultancy from October 2021 onwards. Menno also held positions at Ausnutria, where they were the Head of Cross Border eCommerce Sales from July 2020 to January 2022 and Global Sales Manager from August 2018 to July 2020. Menno worked as a Sales Director B2B at International Bike Group/Fietsenwinkel.nl from October 2017 to July 2018. Menno also served as a Marketing Manager at Powerhouse from February 2016 to September 2017 and as a Sales Manager at LeasePlan Nederland from April 2014 to February 2016. Earlier in their career, they worked at LeasePlan Corporation N.V. as a Marketing Manager from June 2011 to March 2014 and as an International Sales Associate from May 2008 to May 2011. Menno's experience spans across various industries, including the energy, automotive, and consultancy sectors.

Menno Postma began their education journey in 2003 when they enrolled at NHL Hogeschool. Menno pursued a BSc degree in International Business & Languages, completing their studies in 2008. In 2005, they had the opportunity to study abroad at Universidad De Valencia, where they focused on Spanish, Economics, and International Business.

After a few years in the professional field, Menno furthered their education and career by attending Nyenrode Business University. Menno is currently pursuing an Executive MBA degree, specializing in Business & Sustainable Transitions. In 2019, they obtained a certification in Business Development from Nyenrode Business University.

Menno has also acquired various certifications throughout their career. In 2017, they completed an Executive Leadership Program at Boertien Vergouwen Overduin. In 2016, they obtained a Commercial Training Programme certification from Huthwaite International and attended an Innovation masterclass offered by Innoleaps | Business Builders. Additionally, in 2011, they received a VNA leasing certificate from Innovam.
