John Clements is the Executive Director and Head of Nordics and the UK at Verdion, where they leverage over 20 years of experience in UK and European commercial real estate, specializing in the warehouse and logistics sector. As a founding partner at Verdion, they focus on development, investment, finance, and funding. Prior to this, John held positions as Development Director at Verdion and Helios Europe, and Senior Associate at King Sturge, where they managed significant investment and development projects across European markets. John earned a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Reading and a Bachelor of Science in Geography from the University of Exeter.
