Daniel Woolfson

Daniel Woolfson has extensive work experience in various engineering and management roles.

Daniel currently works as a Senior Engineering Manager at Veremark, where they are responsible for providing fast, accurate, and secure background checks for employees.

Previously, Daniel worked as a Podcast Host at The Engineer Experience, where they explored and discussed software engineering cultures in different organizations globally.

Daniel also served as the Director of Engineering Team Coaching at Dec0de Me, where they provided consultancy and leadership coaching to remote engineering teams and technical professionals.

Daniel has experience in managing distributed teams as a Senior Engineering Resource Manager at Telmar, where they supported multiple software engineering teams and monitored their performance.

Before that, they worked as a Technical Resource Manager at Legend Club Management and as the Head of Engineering & QA at PureNet, where they led software engineering teams and delivered bespoke e-commerce and software solutions.

Earlier in their career, Daniel worked as a Technical Project Manager and Development Manager at StarCompliance, where they led certification projects and managed development and release processes.

Daniel also served as a Research and Development Manager at Mitrefinch, where they led the development of workforce management and access control solutions, and as a Software Developer at HCI (York) Limited.
