Benoit GANDON has extensive experience in manufacturing and industrialization, notably in the automotive and luxury product sectors. At Faurecia from January 2013 to October 2023, Benoit held multiple leadership roles, including Responsable maintenance outillage and Responsable industrialisation Programme & HSE, focusing on tool design, productivity improvement, and the implementation of HSE standards across large production sites. Noteworthy achievements include the industrialization of components for major automotive clients and the establishment of an internal training school.
