Laurence Capelle has extensive experience in sales support and customer service. Currently serving as the Leader of the Sales Management Assistants at VERESCENCE since November 2005, Laurence oversees a team, acts as a key liaison with various departments including development and production, and implements continuous improvement initiatives through KPI management.
