Robert Prostko serves as the Deputy General Counsel for Intellectual Property and Cybersecurity, as well as the Chief Privacy Officer at Allegion, PLC, leading cybersecurity and artificial intelligence governance functions and the global privacy program. With significant experience in managing complex cybersecurity challenges and developing strategic initiatives, Robert has also acted as Managing Director at Allegion Ventures LLC, overseeing investment strategies and supporting startups. His advisory roles, including membership on Indiana Governor Eric J. Holcomb’s Executive Council on Cybersecurity and Chair of the Security Industry Association's Data Privacy Advisory Board, showcase a commitment to enhancing cybersecurity frameworks and protecting data privacy. Prior legal experience includes positions at Krieg DeVault LLP and Kirkland & Ellis LLP, focusing on intellectual property law. Robert holds an Executive Master in Cybersecurity from Brown University, a J.D. from DePaul University College of Law, and a B.S. in Computer Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Louisville.
