John Dowling has extensive experience in SAP Basis management and architecture, currently serving as the SAP Basis Manager at Vericast since August 2017. Prior to this role, John held the position of Team Lead and SAP Basis Architect at Harland Clarke from April 2007 to July 2017. Earlier career experiences include serving as Section Lead for SAP Basis and Application Administration at Tesoro from 2004 to 2007, and various roles at Clarke American from 1993 to 2004, including SAP Basis Administrator, Operations Manager, Quality Assurance Analyst/IS Coordinator, and Quality Assurance Supervisor. John holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Distribution from Clarkson University and a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
