Eric Matthews

Eric Matthews, PMP®, has a diverse work experience in project management. Eric currently works at Vericel Corporation, where they assumed the role of Lead Project Manager in March 2023 after serving as a Project Manager since September 2017. Prior to this, they worked at Claritas Genomics as a Project Manager from March 2014 to February 2017. Before that, they were a Project Coordinator at Partners HealthCare from June 2013 to January 2014. Eric also held the position of Project and Operations Coordinator at Millennium Pharmaceuticals from 2012 until May 2013. Eric began their career as a Research Operations Associate at Amgen, where they worked from 2005 until December 2011. Additionally, Eric has previous experience in administrative support and contract positions. Eric worked as an Administrative Assistant at Millennium Pharmaceuticals from 2004 to 2005 and took on contract positions at various client companies from 2001 to 2004. Prior to that, Eric worked at C-bridge Internet Solutions as a Recruiting Coordinator/Applicant Developer from 2000 to 2001.

Eric Matthews, PMP®, obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Creative Writing from Ithaca College in 1996. Eric also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from The Project Management Institute (PMI), which they obtained in 2016.
