Birgit Trinkwalter is a results-driven Operations Leader with a proven track record of quantifiable improvements across multiple industries spanning over fifteen years. She possesses a keen eye for implementing process improvement, resulting in operational efficiencies, in the areas of Accounting, Payroll, Data Storage and Human Resources.

Birgit affords company leadership the freedom to focus on core responsibilities by taking point on a myriad of projects. Most recently, Birgit revamped VeriCour’s entire onboarding process resulting in time savings for the recruiting team while also improving the onboarding experience for new employees and contact resources.

Birgit is the dedicated point of contact for VeriCour clients and employees in the areas of timesheets, invoicing, background checks, onboarding and payroll. She possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from IHK Business College in Nuremberg, Germany.
