Monil Vora

Monil Vora is the Implementation Manager at Vericred. Prior to joining Vericred, Monil was a Senior Engagement Manager at FINEOS from August 2020 to July 2021. In this role, Monil provided strategic leadership and program governance on all professional services customer engagements. Monil also worked with sales team on pre-sales activities, creating proposals and statements of work.

During Monil's time at FINEOS, they developed relationships with key stakeholders to align on driving business value for our customers. Monil also established standardized delivery and governance processes across all engagements resulting in consistent management and delivery of commitments to our customers.

Monil facilitated regular program health check to internal and external executive stakeholders and present any risks and appropriate mitigation plans. Monil was also responsible for maintaining healthy billable margins and utilization target of 80% across professional services team.

In addition, Monil collaborated with product team to ensure their roadmap aligns with features requested by customers. Monil also managed relationships with system integrator partners for ongoing staff augmentations and joint delivery engagements. Monil ensured the professional services team including system integrator partners were trained and adhered to established delivery and governance processes.

Monil managed and mentored a team of 6+ direct reports comprising of Engagement Managers, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts and Product Owners. Monil also worked with each direct report on individual development and career growth goals. Monil set quarterly OKRs and ensured each
