Steve Conrad has extensive experience in management and operations, spanning several decades in the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Veridiam since February 2023, Steve also holds a retired status from June 2024. Prior roles include General Manager at KMS from June 2021 to February 2023 and Value Stream Manager at GKN Aerospace from March 2014 to June 2021. Additionally, Steve served as Director of Operations at Doncasters from March 2012 to January 2014 and spent a significant portion of their career at Honeywell, where Steve was Manufacturing Manager from July 1978 to March 2012.
