Mark Boyer

Mark Boyer, CPA, is a dynamic executive leader with a strong background in strategic financial management and operational excellence. They are currently the Chief Financial Officer at Veridic Solutions, a Housatonic Partners Portfolio Company, and previously served as the Vice President of Finance at the same organization. Mark's extensive experience includes roles as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Pottstown Medical Specialists Incorporated and Director of Finance at Aqua Pharmaceuticals.
