Drake Smith

Mr. Smith, Vice President of Development, is an industry veteran with over 30 years of experience designing, manufacturing and marketing technology products and services. He also served as Chief Technology Officer for the National Captioning Institute and as President and Chief Operating Officer for ULTECH Corporation, a broadcast technology company he founded in 1991, which was acquired by NCI in 2002.

Previously, Mr. Smith was an Applications Engineer and Technical Services Manager for ITT Semiconductors, where he was responsible for the design and development of integrated circuits. Mr. Smith holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and a Master's degree in Software Engineering from Brandeis University.
