Amber de Wolde

Amber de Wolde is a Senior People Partner at Veriff, where responsibilities include designing and implementing learning and development strategies, developing engaging training programs, and enhancing onboarding processes through the implementation of a learning management system. With a strong emphasis on mental health and employee engagement, Amber has led initiatives such as Employee Engagement Surveys, performance review processes, and one-on-one coaching across all job levels. Previous experience includes roles at Marley Spoon in various leadership positions related to customer communications, as well as positions in business development and community management at companies like JuwelKerze and Makerist. Amber holds a Master of Arts in Art History from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor’s degree in the History of Art from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
