Laura Paurson has extensive experience in recruitment and HR roles. 🦄Laura is currently the Recruitment Lead for Product & Engineering at Veriff, where they ooverseeglobal recruitments for senior-level technical and managerial positions. Prior to this, they worked as a Sr Technical Recruiter at Veriff, where they played a key role in online identity verification. Before joining Veriff, Laura was an IT HR Partner at LHV, where they provided support to the Engineering division and managed full-cycle recruitment responsibilities. 🦄Laura also worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Helmes AS and as an HR Partner at Manpower Estonia, focusing on recruitment and client communication. Laura began their career as the Head of HR at the Student Council of the University of Tartu and also gained internship experience at SORAINEN.
