Margot Arnus

Margot Arnus is a seasoned legal professional specializing in privacy and data protection. Currently serving as Senior Privacy and Product Legal Counsel at Veriff since August 2022, Margot also co-founded DAMUS Data Protection Awareness Training in March 2023, focusing on empowering businesses with essential data protection knowledge. Previously, Margot held positions as a Senior Associate at WALLESS and as an Attorney at Law at DERLING PRIMUS, with earlier experience as a lawyer at Advokaadibüroo Lillo&Partnerid. Additionally, Margot contributed to academia as a Guest Lecturer in Intellectual Property Law at TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology. Margot earned a Master of Arts in Law (cum laude) and a Bachelor's degree in Law (cum laude) from the University of Tartu, along with a secondary education gold medal from Kadrioru Saksa Gümnaasium.
