Tom Pooley

Tom Pooley is a versatile professional with extensive experience in product data management, business intelligence, and customer success. Currently serving as Product Data Manager at Veriff, Tom has also held the roles of Business Intelligence Project Manager and Revenue Operations Insights Analyst within the company. As the owner of Pooley Consulting OÜ since August 2020, Tom provides tailored marketing solutions for growing businesses. Previously, Tom owned EPIC Pub Crawl Tallinn, delivering top nightlife experiences, and led customer success initiatives at Modash, focusing on customer support processes. At Funderbeam, Tom managed communications for over 15,000 investors and played a significant role in customer onboarding and support. Earlier experience includes positions at CMA CGM, Microsoft, and David Jones, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Commerce from Macquarie University.
