Shane Weikal

Shane Weikal has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Shane began their career in the US Navy as a Food Management personnel from July 1994 to July 1998. Shane then worked as a Collector III Team Lead/Supervisor at Provident Consumer Financial Services from September 2000 to April 2005. Following this, Shane joined Fifth Third Bank as the Debit Services Manager, overseeing a team responsible for Reg E pin and ACH disputes, Internet banking payment disputes, and the operations team of BillPayer 2000, until June 2008.

Shane moved on to Vantiv, where they initially served as a Relationship Support Manager, managing teams to address both internal and external customer issues. Shane then took on the role of Chargeback Manager, leading a team responsible for managing issuer disputes on debit and credit platforms. Shane successfully relocated a dispute team from Evansville, IN to Cincinnati, OH during their time at Vantiv.

In November 2011, they returned to Fifth Third Bank as a Project Manager, overseeing complex commercial initiatives and projects. Shane collaborated with business partners to ensure project requirements were met and worked with clients to enhance their cash management with newly implemented products. In June 2015, Shane joined Verifi Inc. as Director of Chargeback Operations, later becoming the Sr. Director of Business Operations and currently holds the position of Vice President of Business Operations.

Shane Weikal completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of Cincinnati. Shane studied at the university from 1998 to 2005.
