They have held various roles, including Vice President at Verifone, where they focus on biometrics authentication and payment technologies. Chackan has successfully managed teams and developed significant programs at Visa, enhancing mobile and emerging technology security while advocating for the industry's transition to new payment infrastructures. They hold a Master’s degree in Information Security from Royal Holloway, University of London, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
